Personal data that you make available to us for the purpose of our<br \/>services will be shared with this party. WooCommerce has access to your<br \/>data to provide us with (technical) support, they will never use your data for any other<br \/>purpose. WooCommerce is obliged to take appropriate security measures based on the agreement we have concluded with them. These security measures consist of the application of SSL encryption and<br \/>a strong password policy. WooCommerce uses cookies to collect technical information<br \/>regarding your use of the software, no personal data is collected and\/or stored. WooCommerce reserves the right to share collected data within its own group to further improve the<br \/>services.<br \/>WooCommerce hosting<br \/>Our webshop is developed with software from WooCommerce, we have chosen<br \/>Andersmijn.host for our web hosting. Personal data that you make available to us for the purpose of our services will<br \/>be shared with this party. Andersmijn.host has access to your data to provide us with (technical)<br \/>support, they will never use your data for any other purpose. Andersmijn.host is obliged to take appropriate security measures based on the<br \/>agreement that we have concluded with them. These<br \/>security measures consist of the application of SSL encryption and a strong password policy.<br \/>Backups are made regularly to prevent data loss.<br \/>Web hosting<br \/>mijn.host<br \/>EXAMPLE: We purchase web hosting and e-mail services from [PROVIDER]. [PROVIDER] processes<br \/>personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes. However, this party can<br \/>collect metadata about the use of the services. These are not personal data. [PROVIDER] has taken<br \/>appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent the loss and unauthorized use of your<br \/>personal data. [PROVIDER] is obliged to maintain confidentiality under the agreement.<br \/>E-mail and mailing lists<br \/>my.host<br \/>We use the services of my.host for our regular business e-mail traffic. This party has taken<br \/>appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent misuse, loss and corruption of your and our<br \/>data as much as possible. my.host does not have access to our mailbox and we treat all our e-mail traffic confidentially.<br \/>Payment processors<br \/>Reviews<br \/>Shipping and logistics<br \/>PostNL<br \/>If you place an order with us, it is our job to have your package delivered to you. We use<br \/>the services of PostNL to carry out the deliveries. It is necessary for us to share your name,<br \/>address and place of residence details with PostNL. You can submit a request to that effect to our contact person for<br \/>privacy matters. You will then receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted,<br \/>we will send you a copy of all data to the e-mail address known to us, with an overview of the processors<br \/>who have this data in their possession, stating the category under which we have<br \/>stored this data.<br \/>Right of rectification<br \/>You always have the right to have the data that we (have) process and that relate to your person or<br \/>can be traced back to you, adjusted. You can submit a request to that effect to our contact person<br \/>for privacy matters. You will then receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted,<br \/>we will send you a confirmation that the data has been adjusted to the e-mail address known to us.<br \/>Right to restrict processing<br \/>You always have the right to restrict the data that we (have) process that relate to your person or<br \/>can be traced back to you. You can submit a request to that effect to our contact person<br \/>for privacy matters. You will then receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send you a confirmation to the e-mail address known to us that the data will no longer be processed until you lift the restriction.<br \/>Right to transferability<br \/>You always have the right to have the data that we (have) process and that relate to your person or that can be traced back to you, processed by another party. You can submit a request to that effect to<br \/>our contact person for privacy matters. You will then receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send you copies or transcripts of all data<br \/>about you that we have processed or that have been processed by other processors or third parties on our behalf, to the e-mail address known to us. In such a case, we will probably no longer be able to continue providing services, because the secure linking of data files can then no longer be guaranteed.<br \/>Right to object and other rights<br \/>In appropriate cases, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data<br \/>by or on behalf of BrabantBrewImports. If you object, we will immediately stop processing the data<br \/>pending the handling of your objection.
